Question

Our dog ate our remote a while back and we've been using the mobile phone app. Had to factory reset the tv today and, once started, it won't accept actions from the mobile app. So we're stuck with a 'press ok' screen, even after TV turned off for an hour. 

 

Looked at magic remotes and, for 2017 models, it looks like you need to sync them via the tv which we can't do at the mo. Any help would be HUGELY appreciated!
