The WiFi would abruptly disconnect and the smart TV becomes extremely slow when navigating to the settings and becomes almost unresponsive. Unplugged, waited overnight and restarted, the WiFi connected for a minute or so, and again the same issue. The mouse cursor would disappear after few seconds and navigation only possible with the up/down/right/left key. WiFi list is empty and the TV keeps "searching..", even if it lists my WiFi, after entering the password (takes a very long time) it gives a message "Cannot connect to the network, retry"
Tried the following options and no luck, can anybody help??
- Unplug the TV, WiFi router and restart
- Set the date and time manually in the TV
- Turn off Quick Start
- Selected appropriate country in location
- Firmware updated (No more updates found)
TV model: 43UJ632T-TA, Software Version: 06:00:15, webOS Version: 43UJ632T-TA
WiFi is 5 GHz with more than 120 mbps connection, couple of other devices connected without issues.

Hi,
I have a OLED77C34LA and a pair Bose QC32 II headphones and I have trouble connecting to the tv.
First the headphones works good on my other three devices but the TV has trouble, when I manage to connect they work perfect but when I turn the off on on again the headphones will say they are connected to the TV but the TV most of the time won't give me an option to connect and I remember I got a popup asking if I wanted the use the headphones as output but only for like 3-4 times so far.
Usually I have to plug the power out of the TV for a while and remove the bluetooth device but and it doesn't always work. It's not great spending like 15min to get the headphones to work.
Any ideas what could be wrong?
I've just updated my LG 55UM75 TV to the latest software version - 05..20.15 - and now the picture looks off.
I've turned off TruMotion, Motion Eye Care, Smooth Gradation, Noise Reduction and Smooth Gradation, but somehow everything still looks artificial.
Is there another picture setting I'm missing, I've gone through every setting I can find.
how can I fix lg soundbar model sn6y volume automatically going down after exactly 30 minutes if resetting, unhooking volume down button, drilling vent holes near motherboard, and running a cooling fan did not fix the problem.
On my LG 'smart' TV now for some reason I can now only watch the LG channels but not the fiber-optic programming on wi-fi . The HDMI 1 feed I normally use shows 'dark' on the Dashboard even though I can get the green checkmark on it. How do I reconnect it? The Dashboard shows my feed as ethernet/cable; which is wrong but efforts to correct it have failed so far.
