LG content store


Question

LG content store not working and I got an error ( network error 2) in the same time the tv connected to network and web app working normally, and I can’t update YouTube app . 
I tried to unplug the router and tv , also I tried to reset to initial sitting but it’s not working.

Tv Model : 70UF770Y-TD

WebOS version :2.2.3 1353 as it show in the tv there is no update 

so please advise me what I should do

Yes , it was working yesterday and the day before but today I got the error again , also when I tried  to use YouTube it’s working in the search menu but couldn’t play the video I got ( something went wrong)

That YouTube error is YouTube-related: it usually depends on the network, but it goes away by reloading the video.

the search menu in youtube working as normal, but when i tried to play any one well not work . this error show up in the same time of lg content store error

      I recently updated the firmware on my  LG43UH610V.  Now I constantly get "Wired Lan cable disconnected" / "Wired network is connected" messages even while watching a video file from my NAS. The TV is connected and using the network while getting these messages. It has always been on a fixed IP address on the LAN.

      I've a LG 55 inch TV with following details:
      Model: 55JL9000-ZA SW version: 05.05.70 webOS TV Version: 1.4.0-2532 (afro-ashley) I am unable to see Disney Hotstar app in the LG Content Store.
      I've tried to "CHECK FOR UPDATES" despite "Allow Automatic Updates" available but nothing has shown up.
      Would be grateful if someone can help. My kids are desperate to watch Disney Hotstar on TV.

      Software version : 05.30.65

      I had the SHAHID app on my LG Smart TV. But it kept on refusing to open the plus shows though I am a plus subscriber. I tried to remove the app and reinstall it again. And I didn't find it on the store anymore. How can I fix this

      i have a LG55UN7440 .it's uae/africa version....it doesn't have alexa and a bunch of stuff...i wanted to know if i can replace the firmware with un7300 since they are basically the same thing ...without bricking my TV through the usb upgrade option
