LG Channels - Picture in Picture for LG Channels

@Jeff Stevens You did not post what LG TV you have. I understand that this function has gradually been reduced in functionality, dumbed down, or removed completely in some sets. I saw an interesting post from @Tim on this forum:

"Answer from LG was they want to check if more customers need this function. Now I have 3 OLEDs at home.

C8 HDMI + HDMI possible

C9 TV + HDMI possible

CX no multiview integrated

i think it’s a dead end for this function after the evolution from C8 to CX."

In any event, if you can get 1 HDTV + another HDTV channel, it seems you are lucky! I think the channels have to support this too, so maybe the SD channels do not, or have dropped support?  Is what you are doing part of the MultiView app function?

The sound and picture are out of sync when screen mirroring from my iPhone 16 Pro to my LGQNED70A6A TV, using the internal speaker. I have tried all the recommended tips in the settings to cure the issue with no success. However, when I isolate the TV from the mains supply for 60 seconds and restart it, the syncing issue is cured but degrades after a day or so. My iPhone software is up to date and there is no firmware upgrade available for the TV. My LinkSys router has a full fibre connection. The only connection into the TV is the mains supply. Any help much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

On my LG 'smart' TV now for some reason I can now only watch the LG channels but not the fiber-optic programming on wi-fi . The HDMI 1 feed I normally use shows 'dark' on the Dashboard even though I can get the green checkmark on it. How do I reconnect it? The Dashboard shows my feed as ethernet/cable; which is wrong but efforts to correct it have failed so far.

It seems our LG TV has done an update which has removed the "standard " BBC channels from the guide . After one day BBC2 has reappeared . The HD channels are present though . I've done a re-scan but no change . I've looked to see if we can move BBC1 HD (on 101) to Chanel 1 on the guide but doesn't seem to be an option.
Anybody else have this problem and any cures ?
