LG UH7700 Video Issue

Hello,

I have an issue with a 2 year old LG UH7700 4K tv. Please note, the TV went to an authorized LG repair  shop provided by LG itself:

Issue: 3/4 of the screen all of the sudden was not working. It went to black opacity and full black.  

This first occurred one morning when I first started tv. Called LG and it was over the warrant by a year so they provided with a certified tv repair technician. They replaced the LED bulbs and tested by keeping it in for 8 hours while viewing it periodically through the day. They had no issues. They came and mounted it on my wall and within a minute the 3/4 black screen occurred again. They brought it back to the shop. Told us it was faulty led lights they received from vendor. They put new ones in again. They tested it out. No luck. The issue occurred at the shop. They replaced the mother board. Same result. Then they replaced the entire unit the LEDs come on and that fixed the problem. The TV ever looked this good when we first got it. I always had to crank backlight to 100. Now backlight is 50 and the picture was better than before. 2 nights later while watching tv, it happened again.  Now, I turned it off and on 3 times and the picture came back. This morning I turned on TV and the issue came back. Anyone else come across this? Attached is an image.

      I had an issue with powering on the tv in which pressing the lg power button on the first ocassion did not turn on my Oled C1 77 inch Tv.
      LG replaced the powerboard, however since the replacement I have an issue with intermittent audio dropouts via earc. 
      EARC has functioned previously on my Tv when connected to an Anthem 710 receiver and for a few months now on an Anthem AVM 70. 
      The set up has remained the same in terms of audio settings, passthough, match screen and sound set to bypass and I have tried multiple cables, switching the tv off, resetting earc, but I still have the issue. 
       
      It is very odd that after a replacement power board I have this issue. It almost seems like a comparability issue between the new board and the existing components or something else is wrong with the TV.
      Any ideas?

      I am using LG TV(UT8050 4K ULTRA HD). Disney hotstar app is running horribly, it is lagging too much and background video auto play making it worse. Can we add an option in it to disable to background video play in next update of Disney hotstar app.

      Since around 10 days, the iptv smarters pro on my lg smart tv, stopped displaying my xaccount details, i tried to remove the app and reinstalled it again, but i'm unable to add new user, though i have a newer lg smart tv, everything is working fine on it

      I have a 48" OLED (Model: OLED48A26LA).  after updating to software version 13.30.61 the Sky New Live feed just displays "There was a problem with this video [timeout]".  It worked perfectly before the TV software upgrade.
      Ive reinstalled the Sky News app but still doesnt work.  wifi etc is all ok.
      Any ideas?

      I have a problem with the subtitles when I try to share a video wirelessly directly from my PC to my LG 55SM9010PLA TV. I am not talking about sharing the whole screen (it lags a bit), just the video itself. 
      Sharing the video itself works well, but randomly the TV randomly does not recognise the subtitle, the sub option is not active in the TV menu, and there are no subtitles. It is in the same folder on my PC as the movie (.mkv), with the same name. In case of some movies it works, in case of others not, and I do not see the reasons why.
      First I tought it is becouse the format of the subtitle needs to be ".sub", becouse it worked with one movie. So I have learnt how to convert properly ".srt" to ".sub" - but still no success.
      Then I realised, in the case of another movie ".srt" worked on the TV, so I got really confused.
      I see no logic behind it.  Could you help me, what is the key here, what am I missing?
