Ridiculous "fireworks" showing on top off apps like Spotify

When are we finally getting the option to turn off the ridiculous "fireworks" screensaver? I didn't spend thousands on a new TV to watch this screen every 2 minutes, and especially not when I am playing Spotify songs and can't see what songs are up next or even follow lyrics!

It's one thing to build features to prevent build-in, but another if they make using the TV properly a problem. Give us the ability to choose for ourselves if we want this protection or not, and don't force our hands please.

Yes, I can't agree with you anymore. So I change my way to play Spotify music on my TV. Not using the Spotify app but with the help of

and then transfer them to USB flash drive and plugin it into the USB port of my TV. After that, I will select a built-in media player to play Spotify songs on TV without using the Spotify app anymore.

Sometimes, there will happen this problem. It is because that the unstable network connection or internal error of Spotify. But you can try to

and then directly play Spotify music by using the built-in media player instead of using Spotify. I guess that there will reduce the possibility of meeting this problem.

We have two LG OLED TVs. WebOS appears differently on each. And we are able to download the Paramount+ app on one TV, but not on the other.
OLED65C7P (older) running software version 6.00.25
      WebOS TV Version 3.9.0-62709
Does not allow the Paramount+ app to be installed
OLED65C9PUA (newer) running software version 5.10.25
      WebOS TV Version 4.9.3-5340808
Allows the Paramount+ app to be installed
How can we get WebOS to appear the same on both TVs?

After updating to the latest web browser with new user interface on LG C9, subtitles on all streaming websites disappears every 2-3mins.
Video continues to play without subs. The subtitles will re-appear if I move the magic remote but disappears again after 3mins.
Should be a widespread issue as it's also happening on Youtube.com videos with subs. Un-related but Play/Stop button on magic remote also stop working on the new browser.

      Hello,
After updating my LG TV to the latest firmware I saw a new option:
       It is "Bluetooth Speaker Volume":

Before this update, I used to connect to my Bluetooth headphones quicker because the option "Connect" was the FIRST OPTION.
Now It is the second option and I have to press down every time to highlight "Connect".

Why replacing "Connect" with this disabled option "Bluetooth Speaker Volume" ?!

This is annoying because my TV fails to detect my headphones automatically so I have to go to this menu every day and select "Connect" manually. ☹️
Making "Bluetooth Speaker Volume" the first option just made this process more annoying because now I have to press more buttons.

      My simple request is:
      Make "Connect" the first option.

      Thanks.

On the occasion of the local debut of LG’s new LG QNED Mini LED TV series, LG’s team in Hong Kong was determined to create an experience that was memorable and elegant without exposing the audience to unnecessary risk.
The result, LG Experience Museum, merged LG’s diverse lifestyle products with works of art. As the star of the show, LG QNED Mini LED TV offered a stunning and immersive viewing experience with deeper blacks and more accurate colors, inviting visitors to a unique and dynamic experience.

But LG Experience Museum had even more to offer.
After pre-registering online, visitors were treated to a special tour of LG Experience Museum and its three unique experience zones – Vintage Zone, Artistic Zone and Black Addict Zone – each offering an exploratory journey into the history of LG’s many innovations.

Adorned with a geometric-patterned backdrop and trimmings reminiscent of the ‘60s and ‘70s, Vintage Zone offered a look back in time to witness the evolution of LG TVs. In this space, the LG Serie 1 Retro Classic TV with its primitive cathode ray tube (CRT) technology set the mood.

The theme of Artistic Zone alluded to the minimalistic and timeless design of LG’s products, with LG PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier and LG TONE Free TWS earbuds posing with historical sculptures. Here, visitors could get up close to both the 4K and 8K versions of LG QNED Mini LED TVs, with their bright, vivid colors on flawless display.

And in stark contrast to Artistic Zone, Black Addict Zone communicated a darker, more luxurious look and feel. Here, LG OLED TV and LG UltraFine Display OLED PRO took center stage against the black backdrop, illuminating the space with their self-lit displays.

In this zone, visitors could experience together for the first time LG’s “The Black Range” of appliances consisting of LG InstaView Door-In-Door® refrigerator, LG Vivace washing machine, LG Styler and LG CordZero wireless vacuum cleaner, representing state-of-the-art designs in classy, chic black.

Throughout the exhibition, guests were given the opportunity to engage with their social media circles to win concert tickets. All fun and informative time for all, LG Experience Museum not only introduced LG’s newest product innovations in style but also demonstrated how they were making Hong Kong lives better.

When I search something in WebOS, I get various types of results. For example Youtube results, DLNA results, Netflix, web search with what I searched and so on.
All that, except for Spotify result. why?
For example: if I search for David Guetta, I'll get suggestions for Youtube clips, but no suggestions for Spotify.
Could you please integrate Spotify in the search results?
For now, I had to move to Chromecast with Google TV, because there, not only I can search, I can command Google Assist to actually play something. Meaning that with one voice command, I can tell it "play david guetta on spotify" and that's it, it plays.
I don't expect the assistant enhancements like PLAY command, but please, show results from Spotify too.

      Thank you.
