Because Adobe dropped support for Smart TV years ago, plus it is being put out to pasture next year. So if you want to view a website that runs Flash you are out of luck I am afraid. There is an HBO GO app but its availability will depend on your model of TV and, more importantly, your geographical location. According to one forum member in another thread Samsung has the US rights to stream HBO so no app for LG in the States. No app in the UK as Sky hold the rights to broadcast HBO.
