Unresponsive Lg App Store

Question

Hello I have been unable to access my app store on my 43LG550V for 2 months now, so I decided to restore factory settings. However, now I am not able to now to connect to any app but the browser is working. It tells me the network is unstable yet the speed of my wifi is okay . I have called support in kenya and advised me to change service area to South Africa. But no improvement, kindly help
