Can someone please tell me how can I downgrade my lg smart tvs software.It updated and now my netflix doest work anymore.

What can I do to fix it.Please help...........

I think this may require a downgrade (as per the instructions in this forum).

I have the same problem - Netflix has stopped working, Amazon works fine as do other services. 

Have tried:

1. Change DNS

2. Change network (wired, wireless, wireless hotspot)

3. Remove and re-add Netflix app

4. Factory reset TV

5. Left unplugged, powered off.

Frustrating!
