Delete recording programs

I recently purchased an LG OLED48C2AUA. Frankly, I'm not pleased. The biggest problem is searching for programs, particularly across apps. For example, if I'm in Netflix, and search for a program that happens to be in Prime Video, using voice control (Alexa or LG) or the speak button on the remote, I usually get random UTube trailers or other suggestions, or no suggestions at all. It seems I have to know in advance what streaming app it's on, and even that doesn't work all the time. Before purchasing this TV, I used to be able to immediately find the program using the voice control on my Xfinity remote, or the Roku remote (if the program was on a streaming service) and my "unsmart" Sharp TV, with the input set to either cable box or Roku, as appropriate.
I don't want to have to know in advance what app the program is streaming on to find it. I want to be able to simply say "Alexa, show me "Boardwalk Empire", no matter what program or app the TV is currently tuned to. I want the complete list of possibilities to choose from, particularly since some may be free, depending on my subscriptions. Is this possible?

Is there any way to delete the preinstalled apps? I particularly hate the "LG Channels" app because if I were to click the Antennae input inadvertently, something on one of those channels could cause burn in. -

One of the advantage in watching a TV programmes recorded with 2X speed is that you can save half the time to watch the same programme as others. Software like VLC can do that.
But now LG TV does not show caption/subtitle when it is played at 2X speed.
Please ask the LG developer team to add this feature.
Thanks

Recently bought 32LG 6370 and struggling with recording. Installed USB hard driver and recordings working on that but how do you record more than 1 program at a time and also watch another channel and pause live TV?

Hey everyone,
I recently bought a new LG SmartTV (43UN71) and I see it is connected to a laptop of my roommate (who doesn't own the TV). It is connected as a media server and this is really bothering me, because they have streamed Youtube once to my TV (by accident), but I do not remember ever granting permission for their laptop to connect to my TV.
How do I remove their laptop as a media server from my TV?
Thanks in advance!
