Unable to play MPGEG-DASH on native web browser LG web OS 2.2

Hello,

 

In the specifications it says web OS 2.2 supports MPEG - DASH native but I am unable to play it using the web OS browser.

How can I play it? where can I find the specifications for the manifest or check what's wrong?

 

I would like to develop a mpeg dash app player but I am not sure if it's possible.

      link hidden, please login to view was fine up to about one month ago. I do not know if there was an upgrade, but videos from that site  cannot be played any longer on this tv. From the same wifi network (home network) videos from that site play fine to a number of devices (Android phones, 2 win11 laptops, 1 win10 laptop).
      Adjusted all browser settings (JavaScript, cookies), cleared cookies, cleared all browser data and history. 
      No updates available to download
      Finally, reset to factory settings but still videos from cannot be played on the tv set.

      I have recently purchased an LG 55QNED86 television. I am located in Iran. Everything seems to be working fine, but when I click on any of the options, it tells me I must first consent to the LG Smart TV user agreement. However, I then get a message saying "Unable to load user agreements - a server error has occurred ......"

      I have a Disney+ premium subscription. But if I play a Dolby Atmos Film on Disney+ on my LG OLED G4 (e.g. guardians of the galaxy vol. 3) the Dolby Atmos signal doesn't reach my soundbar (LG ds95qr) which is connected via HDMI cable over eArc. On the TV only Dolby vision Logo is showing. Any suggestions?
