Netflix APP not working

webOS TV version 1.4.0-2330 (afro-ashley)

The Netflix App only connects to one Netflix server.

I have deleted the app and reinstalled in. The TV works with NOWTV, YouTube via LAN cable or wifi. Netflix work using the APP on my LG 5.1 surround sound blu ray system. I have run out of ideas. Has anyone else got the same problem?

By what do you mean "Not working"

In my case, the netflix app just exits back to whatever input was previously selected.  Occasionally, if I've got something to start playing,  I get a "We're having trouble playing this content" message, but most of the time it just vanishes.    If I disconnect the power, and cold boot the TV, it will fire up long enough for me to select and start watching a programme, but most of the time I don't even get past the user-selection!

The damn thing worked fine when I first got it, only a couple of months ago, and I upgraded my netflix for the 4K.  Now I can't even access it!

Amazon app works fine.

TV is a 49UH850V.  Connected to the LAN via "Wired" connection.

      Hi, since I think yesterday I have an issue with HBO GO - it just shows unsupported device and that is it. According to their website, WebOS 3.5+ should be supported, I have LG uh6107 and in menu it shows SW version  5.60.15, so I think it should be ok.. does anybody have the same issue?

      The project house of LG Poland and Paweł Jurkiewicz, a splendid mansion covering more than 1,000 square meters, is located on the bank of the . This iconic place features a curvaceous exterior design symbolizing the winding shape of the river. With its glass-paneled interior opening into the wilderness, the surrounding trees and meadows have been fully preserved while a swimming pool and running track were added to fit the lifestyle of the occupants.

      “The biggest challenge was to balance modern architecture using concrete, steel and glass to create a warm, intimate atmosphere,” says Paweł Jurkiewicz. He began with natural materials, including dark oak, warm gray marble and soft beige tones while utilizing draped woolen curtains to knit it all together.

      Jurkiewicz always opts for strong contrasts among elements to make the interior more significant and luxurious. “The striped black-and-white stone of the kitchen island and the smooth cobalt rug by in the living room give more personal touch. Also, they make the space look more elegant, relaxed and capacious,” says Jurkiewicz.
      And, when selecting electronic devices to fill in the house, Jurkiewicz was seeking the ideal realization of the best performance, design and technology. He wanted products with best performance featuring beautiful, slim design that could fit perfectly into modern interiors, while also being friendly to nature.

      To realize his vision, the designer worked with specialists from the LG Brand Store in Warsaw and chose eight different LG OLED TVs for the living room, bedrooms, study, gym and swimming pool. Thanks to LG’s self-lit OLED, LG OLED TVs can display content with infinite contrast, deep blacks and amazing colors. Also, the least harmful plastics are used in the production of LG OLED TVs, as confirmed by the SGS Eco Product certificate.

      “For the huge living room, we opted for the 88-inch LG OLED TV from the premium SIGNATURE line. The perfect proportions and refined finish with the brushed steel housing harmoniously complements the luxurious décor,” adds Jurkiewicz. And, for the bedroom, the architect opted for the 65-inch OLED TV, set up on a retractable ceiling mount, so that the occupants can enjoy movies lying comfortably in their bed at night, while also enjoying the unobstructed sunlight in the morning.
      “Throughout the collaboration with LG, I learned first-hand that technology can help designers actualize their vision. Therefore, designers must look for innovative solutions as I did, thanks to help from LG. Then, no design elements or user convenience have to be compromised in the process,” concludes Jurkiewicz.

      Hi all!
      I am trying to connect the TV to my 2.4Ghz wifi because I have a Google Home mini and some smart lamps that only work on that 2.4Ghz frequency. This would ensure that everything was on the same network.

      When I configure the tv to connect to the 2.4Ghz wifi,  always gives me an error that it could not connect to the network. If I try to connect to the 5Ghz network (with a different name than the 2.4Ghz) it connects without problems. If I connect the cable tv it works too. All home devices that connect to the 2.4Ghz network are working fine. 
       
      Any solution to something that should be so simple?

      Hi, I'm curious if anyone else is seeing this annoying new behaviour.
      I have my SKY Q box on HDMI1 and have become accustomed to switching back from Netflix (or any other app for that matter) by having HDMI1 assigned to button "1" using the Quick Access feature.  In the last week though, this feature has stopped working properly. If I am in Netflix and I press the "1" button, nothing happens (as expected). If instead I hold down the "1" button to switch to SKY I get a pop up that says this: "Do you want to add Netflix to [Quick Access 1]?".   If I then hold down the "0" button, the 3x3 grid "EDIT QUICK ACCESS" pop-up appears and I can clearly see my SKY Q/HDMI 1 in the top left grid position (button "1")!!!
      If I then switch via the Home button to HDMI1 and remove HDMI1 from Quick Access (via the  EDIT QUICK ACCESS pop up), I can then re-add it by holding down 1 or from within the pop-up. Now, if I go into Netflix and then hold down 1, my TV does (correctly) switch to HDMI1. Hurrah! If however I turn my TV off and back on, then go to Netflix, then hold down "1", I am back to square one with the question "Do you want to add Netwflix to [Quick Access 1]?"......Grrrr!!!
      I have tried switching the TV off at the wall, leaving for 10 seconds and repowering, which doesn't fix the problem (I don't believe WebOS reboots when you do this). LG appear to have made it a practical impossibility to reboot WebOS via anything other than a factory reset which I don't really want to do as it'll take me too long to get all my settings back to where I have them now. Some blogs suggest that the "User Licence agreement" setting can be changed which forces a reset from within the General tab but I don't see this on my TV (guessing that WebOS interface has changed).
      Anyone have any ideas?
