Need info about webos

Hello guys i have a couple questions about webos because I'm kinda new user:

1. Where to find the latest version of webos firmware for my tv?

2. is it possible to download firmware offline on computer and flash it to tv just like android phone (for example).

3. Can we install webos app from out of the store?

1. I downloaded a remote control apps-- "lg tv plus" from Google play to remote my lg tv from mobile phone. And the apps automatically asking if any update. The apps will download to mobile first, then only install to the tv.

2. I don't think so can download without go to the store. I'm not sure are you facing the same problem as me, I can't go to lg store to update, until I saw an user use his 4g mobile network to connect to his tv to update. It's work to me.

      Area Option locked on 2024 QNED (webOS25) - Russia unit, need ME/CIS unlock

      Hi all, hoping for some expert help.
      TV: LG 65QNED86T6A.ADKFLJD (Russia-market unit, now in Iran), S/W 33.31.68.01 (webOS25), 2024 build.
      Location settings only show CIS/Russian-speaking countries.
      Using an original Factory SVC Remocon (WK-17226), both IN START and ADJ (code 0413) lead to the same SVC menu.
      Current Area Option values: Area Code 3638 / Continent Index 54 / Language&Country CS / HW Settings EU.
      I've tried entering various Area Option codes (adjacent blocks 3712/3840/3968, and legacy ME/CIS codes from older webOS threads) — all rejected with an error. Continent Index / Language&Country / HW Settings appear to be read-only/derived fields, not directly editable.
      Has anyone successfully changed the Area Option on a 2024-model webOS25 QNED TV? Any known working codes or is this generation's SVC menu fully locked without RTOOL/GSDF access?

      It is unprofessional on part of LG TV that they do not resolve the basic issue of adding app gCmob in their app store.
      My 50UT80506LA LG WebOs TV does not support my office security camera system via wifi to TV.  We need (gCmob app) in list of app.
      I can't connect my office camera via Wi-Fi to LG-TV. No body in LG TV technical team is proactive in resolving the issue of customer. They are more happy to befool the customers, rather than looking for technical solution through wider thinking.
      Please talk to you top management and make a visit to our office to understand the customers plight..
      Please respond to customers needs.

      BUG!!! Audio over ARC always muted since WebOS 5.5 update on lg-oled65c9pla

      Since my lg-oled65c9pla auto-updated to WebOS 5.5, there is a new bug.
      The TV is connected to my Cambridge Audio Evo 75 amplifier over ARC - on powering the TV, it has always started up the amp, and switched it to use audio, instead of the appalling TV speakers. The whole setup has worked flawlessly for 5 years, but since WebOS 5.5, the amplifier starts, but is left in a muted state, and using the un-mute or volume controls on the TV remote makes no difference to turning on audio. The only way to get audio to play though my amp a speakers is to turn the amp's volume dial or press a volume button on the a amp's remote - this then unmutes the TV and audio is back. 
      There is no setting I can find in the TV that relates to whether the ARC channel starts muted or not...
      No software has changed in my amp.  This is an annoying new bug in the TV software, I assume down to some CEC changes.
