Singapore: A New Era of Smart Living at Suntec City
On August 6, 2025, LG Singapore opened the doors to its first LG Subscribe Brand Store in Singapore at Suntec City – a space that celebrates our vision to make life easier through real solutions tailored to different lifestyles.
To kick off the event, Fabian Kunho Lee, Managing Director of LG Singapore, shared how LG Subscribe blends technology with accessibility and care to begin “a new chapter in customer experience.” After the classic ribbon-cutting ceremony, a vibrant lion dance performance set the tone for an auspicious and energetic start.
Media and key partners toured the experiential store, exploring appliances such as the LG Styler®, washing machines, refrigerators and air purifiers – all available through flexible subscription plans. Product specialists also introduced LG Careship, a routine maintenance service covered by a monthly fee, ensuring that every appliance performs at its best.
Beyond retail, the store is designed as a welcoming space for families. In September, LG Singapore hosted a special Children’s Day event, transforming the store into a lively playground filled with interactive games, creative workshops and sweet treats. This celebration marked the beginning of a series of weekend experiences that make family time part of the LG Subscribe journey.
Thailand: Celebrating One Year of Growth and Innovation
In Thailand, LG Subscribe has quickly become a leader in the home appliance subscription market since its launch in October 2024. LG Thailand surpassed 10,000 subscribers in just nine months and are on track to reach 20,000 as its first anniversary approaches.
To celebrate this success, LG Thailand recognized outstanding Lifestyle Planners (LPs) and Lifestyle Sales Managers (LSMs) at the 2025 LSM Awards in July. Their dedication and customer-first mindset have been key to the program’s rapid expansion. The subsidiary also launched LG Subscribe Friends, an influencer initiative that invites creators to share authentic stories about how subscription living enhances everyday life in Thailand.
LG Thailand has successfully expanded its service network to 50 areas nationwide. With three LG Subscribe Complex Centers already open in Chiang Mai, Nakhon Ratchasima and Hat Yai, it plans to increase the number to seven by year’s end. The next milestone is to broaden its product portfolio to 14 categories and 100 models – making it easier for every Thai household to enjoy the comfort, convenience and peace of mind that define the company’s Life’s Good promise.

Crafted to seamlessly complement LG TVs, these soundbars promise an elevated home cinema experience through their robust sound quality, well-rounded features and sophisticated designs.
Creating an enhanced synergy between the soundbar and TV, the elevated audio quality of LG’s newest soundbar models enriches the home entertainment experience with a heightened sense of immersion and greater convenience. When paired with WOW Orchestra, the soundbar and LG TV harness the full potential of their audio channels, creating an unrivaled audio experience with an enlarged soundstage and improved depth and height. The ideal choice for a surround sound experience, LG’s new soundbars deliver the superior quality of Dolby Atmos, driven by the advanced technology of DTS:X.
WOWCAST takes audio excellence a step further, allowing the S95TR and SG10TY models to connect wirelessly to LG TVs, ensuring superior sound without any compromise, even when playing Dolby Atmos audio. All three new soundbar models feature the WOW interface, an intuitive and user-friendly method to effortlessly manage soundbar settings and share sound modes with the TV.
At the forefront of LG’s new soundbar lineup is the premium S95TR model, delivering an impressive 810W output and captivating surround sound through its 15 channels. The S95TR boasts five up-firing channels, including the industry’s first center up-firing speaker, creating an unparalleled three-dimensional audio experience with enhanced clarity and an expanded soundstage. Moreover, the angle of the center up-firing speaker ensures a seamless audio-visual experience with precise elevation to the TV screen’s level.
The S95TR features improved tweeters for clear and precise audio, while also incorporating a passive radiator to enrich bass sounds and optimize the overall balance between the soundbar and the subwoofer. Notably, viewing quality is further strengthened in the S95TR model, designed with a matte color palette, materials and finish to effectively reduce reflections.
The SG10TY, another new LG soundbar, serves as the perfect audio and visual companion to LG’s premium OLED TVs. LG will also roll out the S70TY soundbar model, ideal for LG QNED TVs with its simple and compact design. This model also features the industry’s first center up-firing speaker, providing sharpened voice clarity. The angled design ensures harmonious audio and visual in alignment with the TV screen’s level.
A dedicated bracket for the S70TY model* allows users to place the soundbar directly beneath the QNED TV for a refined appearance. This bracket provides a convenient solution for direct attachment, eliminating the need to drill holes in the wall during installation. The bracket allows customizable wall-mounting of the S70TY soundbar at various heights or locations, guaranteeing an aesthetically ideal setup, great convenience and an optimal sound experience.
LG Triple Level Spatial Sound technology applies channel analysis through a 3D engine to mesmerize listeners with lifelike sound and a compelling sense of space. What’s more, LG AI Room Calibration – a feature praised by both consumers and experts for its audio enhancement – rapidly analyzes the environment of a room and adjusts the settings, enhancing the audio to harmonize with the room’s acoustics. New for 2024, the AI Room Calibration extends its capability to calibrate the audio of rear surround speakers, expanding audio immersion and offering more flexibility for installation.
In 2024, LG also plans to introduce new editions of speakers and earbuds to the global market. Despite its compact design, the most recent XO2 model offers the authentic, omnidirectional audio of the LG XBOOM 360 speaker. Featuring a distinctive conical-cylindrical design, it radiates sound in all directions, ensuring consistent, high-quality audio enjoyment for everyone in the listening space. Its compact dimensions, along with 20-hour battery life and IP55 rating, increase its portability and versatility. LG TONE Free earbuds continue to be ideal for an on-the-go option with user-centric features and a comfortable fit. The latest T90S model offers balanced sound, improved Dolby Head Tracking and refined Adaptive ANC. “My dedicated tenement interior presents the aesthetic values of the LG ARTCOOL Gallery air conditioner. Its ambiance was curated to show how even technical elements, like an air conditioner, can blend into a classic apartment with ease,” said interior designer Paweł Jurkiewicz. “Thanks to its technical properties, the air conditioner can hang as low as 150 centimeters above the floor, like a picture frame, which served as the inspiration for the LG ARTCOOL Gallery model. A typically masked device has become a decorative element, giving designers the freedom to choose its perfect location. On one hand, the air conditioner promises efficient operation, while on the other, users need not worry about it visually disturbing the décor’s harmony.”

Held in Abu Dhabi from April 24-25 under the theme of “Reinventing Together,” LG Showcase 2024 spotlighted the latest innovations, serving as the ultimate venue for engaging with stakeholders. The event featured four distinct zones – Cinema, Camping, Café and ThinQ Home – each showing how LG’s innovative products and solutions enhance convenience and entertainment in everyday life. This year’s event largely focused on LG’s lineup of home entertainment products, ranging from TVs to audio and gaming products, offering hands-on experience to over 500 visitors.
Upon entrance, visitors were welcomed by the flagship 97-inch LG SIGNATURE OLED M, the world’s first consumer TV featuring Zero Connect technology, which enables the transfer of 4K video and audio wirelessly at 120Hz. This iconic feature resolves all cable management nightmares and allows for an uncluttered space by having all devices connected to the Zero Connect Box and positioned away from the TV.
Also on display was the innovative LG StanbyME, the 27-inch movable smart screen with a unique flexible design, allowing users to easily take it from room to room to watch content as they please. Designed with mobility in mind, it features a base with 5 hidden wheels and a built-in battery offering up to three hours of screen time. Beyond its display capabilities, the LG StanbyME functions as a smart screen, offering various connectivity options such as wireless mirroring and NFC, which can be activated with a simple tap. In addition, it supports a range of streaming services and applications, all pre-installed for convenience. To top it off, it also comes with touch screen capabilities, as well as a remote for easy use.
LG also showcased its improved LG webOS, which brings to the table a completely revamped home screen with wider title cards and smoother tiles for categories such as Game, Music and Home Office. The smart operating system, now celebrating its 10th anniversary, expanded into 300 TV brands and 3,500 content partners, including local partners. Over the past decade, the number of active users in the MEA region has surged by twentyfold.
During the event, the company also highlighted its new α (Alpha) 11 processor that will be used in its flagship TVs, which will deliver powerful AI capabilities and enhance the overall viewing experience. This new processor, found in the LG SIGNATURE OLED M4 and LG OLED G4 TVs, is four times more powerful than its predecessor and will refine clarity, color and sharpness, as well as providing a 70 percent improvement in graphics performance and a 30 percent faster processing speed.
LG also put on display its range XBOOM speakers, which deliver bold and loud sounds with strong bass and massive sound. For instance, the LG XBOOM XL9T and its smaller variant LG XBOOM XL5S is the optimal speaker for any party, produces immense sound with booming base and high notes with pixel art and multi color ring lights to bring life to any space. Also on display was XBOOM Go XG8T, an on-the-go speaker that not only packs a powerful punch in audio but can also boost sound further and turns up the party with its studio light feature.
LG also showcased the LG TONE Fit TF7, an earbud that focuses primarily on comfort, convenience and immersive sound. The LG TONE Fit TF7 offers a superior fit for fitness enthusiasts, ensuring customers can focus solely on their workout without any distractions.
And, in the ‘Gaming’ zone, the company unveiled its latest innovations designed for productivity and entertainment. The latest lineup of LG UltraGear OLED gaming monitors is a true testament to LG’s commitment to the gaming industry. Available in sizes of 32-inch (model 32GS95UE), 34-inch (model 34GS95QE) and 45-inch (model 45GS95QE), these OLED gaming monitors are the pinnacle of gaming displays, bringing in a true immersive experience. Also showcased is the LG MyView Smart Monitor, a must-have for productivity and entertainment, even without having to connect to a PC. Designed for multi-tasking, this monitor will allow you to do your daily work, control home gadgets and even stream your favorite content, all from one display.
What’s more, in the ‘Cinema’ zone, the company showcased various products, including the (model LSAL006) and LG Soundbar (model MR11 and S94P2), which can create immersive viewing experiences in the home. With a stunning 118-inch, 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution Micro LED display, LG MAGNIT delivers unparalleled picture quality through the brilliance of Micro LED technology.
Moving over to the ‘ThinQ Home’ zone, LG also showcased its diverse range of home appliances that not only enhance daily life, but also provide functionality, unique upgradability and personalization. This includes the ever-popular refrigerator with MoodUP, which can transform the vibes of any kitchen with LED panel doors that can have their colors customized through the LG ThinQ app; the LG Styler, a premium steam cleaning solution that can refresh garments in minutes; and the ARTCOOL air conditioner lineup which features the LG DUAL Inverter Compressor, a critical element that brings powerful cooling without compromising on efficiency.
LG Showcase 2024 was a great opportunity to introduce how the company is continuously pushing innovation with its diverse range of products and services that enhance the overall customer experience.
