LG TV WebOS - System spam with HBO ads notifications

I have an LG TV with Web OS 13.30.56 and the HBOMax app was replaced by MAX app.

Since installing the new app I get 50+ per day ads notifications from Max app with the same add, every day , 50 notifications per day.

Where can I report this problem to get it fixed?

Managed to have it solved by the LG local support:

"First of all you will need to clear the Notification section, then access: Settings, All settings, General, System, Location, LG services country and change it for 2 minutes, then set it back to Romania, go in the app section (Home), to agree the usage Term's and policy. If nothing changes, a Factory reset will be needed, "
