I'd like to share my situation & solution
Settings
- HDMI 1 : Nintendo Switch
- HDMI 2 : Speaker Amp (ARC), AO300 from SMSL, firmware 1.4 (*1)
- HDMI 3 : Microsoft Surface laptop
- HDMI 4 : Sony PS5
Solution
- Applied all settings (such as HDMI-CEC, aka SIMPLINK, PCM instead of auto) & Tried suggestions (changed cables, amp firmware upate) described above, but not working until I applied the solutions below.
- Remove HDMI cable from Surface laptop (HDMI 3), problem solved.
