There is no prompt. It says no update found.

This is missing something because no. 11 does nothing.

I have an USA model 55ub9500 and after the update I have Netflix crashing with out of memory. I never saw this message before and I am so pissed. I wish I got a Samsung instead for the living room. I have not had a single issue with the bedroom Samsung.
