Why devtools.html is open instead of inspect.html

Whenever I debug the application with VSCode extention with latest version of WebOS_CLI, always devtools.html has been opened..., why? Even I edit the URL is also not working (devtools.html to inspect.html) URL: http://localhost:40251/devtools/devtools.html?experiments=true&ws=localhost:40251/devtools/page/24C9FDB6-F555-BF50-69F2-AB28FCF5071D Please help me, how to I rectify it.

Debug mode is not working in webOS IDE
