  1. If the OS can remember the TV channel, and if I am using an optical sound system that setting, why can't it remember the sound settings? But then LG don't give a crap about the user base. Otherwise they would send their staff on here to read our pain points.
  2. Wesley. How about you do this on your TV. turn on your Bluetooth headset. Set TV to Bluetooth only and connect. Make sure you can hear the TV sound. Now turn off your TV. Then turn on your TV and tell us where the sound come out? It is NOT on the Bluetooth headset but it uses the TV speakers. That is the issue. It can keep the tv channel but not the sound output. It can't even keep that you are wanting to keep using web channel you were watching when it was turned off.
  3. @lgus Ever thought of getting your PR people to visit, listen to our cries and then fix our problems
  4. Hi James. That does not work for my Sennheiser HS 4.50btnc. I have them turned on and they are "polling". I then turn the TV on and it goes to TV speakers. If I have the TV set to optical out, for the room sound system, it keeps that setting. It just does NOT keep the Bluetooth. Also dislike that it goes Bluetooth and TV speaker as one of the options.
  5. I have but they still do nothing. If LG were serious about the customer they would be looking at this site and responding to our issues, concerns and suggestions. We make the time to do it here and not on social media.
  6. You will find though that if you power off the TV the Bluetooth setting will not be saved and you will have to reset the speaker to Bluetooth. It is a problem that LG have with all of its software and have never bothered to fix.
  7. With the DLNA listings how come the system can't sort by name, date created, etc. LG please lift your game. I just hope that someone with authority actually readds these posts but I gather they do not.
  8. I see the LG have no answer in over 2 years. Talk about poor service. When will LG do anything to fix this problem?
