For me, I found I had to go into the Home -> settings -> Audio (not the quick settings on the left from the gear icon on the remote, the one from the bottom Home menu) and turn on HDMI-ARC and then select "PCM" instead of "Auto". On Auto some Apps like Youtube would work through ARC but Hulu and Netflix would not, but now all apps are working!
