I'm having the same issue with my 2016 LG OLED 65E6V. It is connected to my Denon AVRX2300W. The LG Netflix app has a constantly random ticking/clicking noise when I watch anything on Netflix. In my case is the front left speaker. TV is connected via HDMI ARC to the receiver. I've tried changing settings, HDMI cables, I even switched the speaker and the new one has the same issue. I've resolved for now to use the Netflix app on my Xbox which is directly connected to the AVR, with no ticks (though the Xbox has an issue with film content filmed at 24fps... It's a separate known issue with the Xbox Netflix app). Anyways, it's 2019 and this is still an issue? Thank God LG aren't the only OLED makers anymore as my next TV will not be an LG at this rate. I'm very disappointed that LG don't fix this issue. It used to work fine too until about 3 months ago or so.
