I have contacted to lg thru lg.com, however they have not emailed or called me yet.
I am used to Amazon customer service. LG's customer service does not look good.
I purchased 55LB7200 thru amazon.com. Since I updated WebOS, it keeps saying "Failed to update your magic remote..".
It is very annoying because it happens every single hour.
I might return this freaking TV. This sucks!
