I bought the LG 49UJ701V TV recently. I get the message regularly. I found my only recourse is to switch the TV off completely at mains. This seems to solve this for a while. I think I have resigned myself to having to do this now and then. Something I never had to do with old Samsung smart TV. Surprised that such a fundamental issue with a supposed smart TV has not been addressed.
