Ok 20 second selution. 1. Dont ask in lg. I searched problem THIS APP WILL etc and think was techadvisor i used. 2. Don't switch tv OFF. But pull plug from socket. 3. Point remote at tv sensor and press and hold power for 10 seconds. I usually do 15/20. Leave tv for a minute then plug back in. 4. This will clear all crap in memory fpr a couple of months depending on how much you use it. 5. Repeat anytime it happens. Not great but it works and best solution there is imo. 6. GOOD F....ING LUCK WE NEED IT WITH LG TVs
