It never will be. This is LG's way of forcing you to upgrade. I got trapped with this. After buying a AUD10,000 TV I then found its software would no longer be upgraded. Pretty pathetic really. -

I have the same problem, but with a different LG TV and with a Denon AVR. It is very intermittent, but quite loud and alarming when it happens. -

None of these suggestions work for me unfortunately. My Surface Pro and LG TV see each other and attempt to connect but don't succeed.
