Hello, I'd like to create a webOS app, but when I try to download the Windows SDK from the LG dev website, it fails because of a 403 error. I want to be up and running ASAP, so any help would be appreciated. Edit: Oh well, trying to download it in MS Edge instead of Google Chrome worked, but the archive was in a weird format =_UTF-8_Q_Installer_win64.zip_=. I could still open it in an archive manager, though.
