I recently downloaded the Lionsplay app on my webOS TV to watch my favorite Lionsgate movies and TV shows, but unfortunately, the app is not working correctly. Every time I try to play any content, I receive a playback error message, and the video does not play.
I have tried troubleshooting the issue by restarting the app and my TV, but the problem persists. I even contacted the Lionsgate support team, but they were unable to resolve the issue. They informed me that the app is not currently supported on webOS devices and suggested that I try using the app on a different device.
This is disappointing since I was looking forward to watching my favorite Lionsgate content on my TV. If you are using webOS, I would not recommend downloading the Lionsplay app until the app is fully supported on this platform. It's frustrating to encounter playback errors, and it ruins the viewing experience.
Overall, I hope Lionsgate addresses this issue soon so that webOS users can enjoy their content on the platform. Until then, I suggest trying other platforms to access the Lionsplay app to watch your favorite content.

I am trying to setup my new Phonak my hearing aids TV Connector with my new LG GP2 TV and Sonos Arc sound bar, connected by via the HDMI eArc port. The TV automatically uses the the HDMI eArc port, and that port only. As a result no signal goes through the optical out port of the LG TV.
Is there a way to make the LG TV sound signal simultaneously go out to both the sonud bar via eArc port and to the Phak TV Connector via the optical out port so that I can connect hearing aids to the Phonak TV connector and also use the Sonos Arc soundbar at the same time?
Appreciate any guidance.
Thanks, M55

Samsung, Sony, Apple TV, and many other competitors have the Steam Link app. It was available for Android TVs that had access to the Play Store.
When I set up my new LG OLED TV and realized WebOS doesn’t have access to Steam Link, Moonlight, or another comparable app, all I could think was “I wish I stuck with Samsung when upgrading to OLED.”

My LG G2 bought last November has now started to turn off every 10-15 minutes when gaming on my PS5 which is directly connected. It also from time to time identifies the PS5 as a different device (Shield TV). Any suggestions on how to fix would be welcome.

Question

Hello,
Actually , i get signal from my nintendo switch on the tv, but i struggle to add configuration with Universal remote menu , the gaming console option is not showing up in the menu.
i saw a lot of advice using device connector app, but unfortunately it seems this app doesnt exist anymore on most recent firmware.
I dont understand what im doing wrong.
edit: i think i m confused with auto device detection & remote configuration. My nintendo switch was not tagged automatically as a gaming console nor named properly but i could change it manually. Then for the remote i m pretty sure there is no ir receiver on the switch itself so …
