After 05.60.15 update on 55UH650V. Miniguide and audio mute problem.

Ole

Question

After 05.60.15 update on 55UH650V. The miniguide pops up. But my biggest problem is that . I am using Sonos Playbase for TV Audio. After maybe ½ an hour or a couple of hours audio suddenly gets muted. To solve this i need  powercycle the TV. LG please fix this  asap.

After updating my 49UH650V to 05.60.15 I get distorted audio. But it is random. I can watch a channel for some minutes and then suddenly the audio will distort (sounding like bit crushing).

I have tried a factory reset, but the issue remains.

I have also tried to unplug and plug the HDMI cable and it will fix it for a short time but the issue will reappear.

I would like the option to downgrade to the previous version until this is fixed.

-----

Good news, I just got the latest 05.60.25 and I have not experienced the audio issue yet. Thanks!!!

After the last two software updates to my 55UH950V, I start getting a random handshake issue with my MSI GTX 1080 Ti.  The image would start blacking out and then coming bak on and then going black again, at times with horizontal interference line being shown as the artifact.  When this stats happening, the TV would end up showing "No Signal" dialogue after a number of blackouts.  I have tried a couple of different HDMI cables after this started to happen, but that doesn't seem to be the root cause of the issue.  This happens when running at UHD resolution at 50-60 Hz only.  At times I have to turn the TV on and of 2-5 times or unplug the HDMI cable and plug it back in for the issue to go away.  This didn't happen when using older firmware versions, 3rd one back from the current one and older.  A less severe issue is the fact that the welcome screen, with the smart TV apps and so on, would not go away on its own and I have to press the "Back" button for it to get hidden.  Looking forward to a fix in the next firmware updates!

webOS updated, I think to 2023, on my C2 a couple of days ago. Since then the News option on the Sky News app no longer works, instead timing out. The Weather and Climate options still work, though.
I have deleted and reloaded the Sky News app, but the problem remains.
Does anybody have any suggestions of what I might try to get this working again, or is this something for LG, or Sky, to fix?

I have a 48" OLED (Model: OLED48A26LA).  after updating to software version 13.30.61 the Sky New Live feed just displays "There was a problem with this video [timeout]".  It worked perfectly before the TV software upgrade.
Ive reinstalled the Sky News app but still doesnt work.  wifi etc is all ok.
      Any ideas?

i currently have a LG oled55cx tv which has not got an audio out setting for bluetooth headphones + internal at the same time. the nearest option is bluetooth surround + internal but the sound on the headphones is very poor and distorted. i'm currently having to run a wire to my headphones if my wife is watching tv as well. are there any other brands or ranges out there which has a bluetooth headphone + internal sound out option. thanks.

      Automatic Firmware Update
Press the Home/Smart button on your remote to bring up your launcher bar.
Click the Settings icon in the top-right.
Choose the All Settings option at the bottom.
Choose the General menu from the left.
Scroll down, near the bottom of the list, and select About this TV.
From here, make sure Allow automatic updates is checked, and click the Check for updates button.
If an update is found, follow the steps on screen to download and install it.

hi all. new to this but really stumped!!! i live in ontario canada and have been using cogeco cable for internet and tv. it got way too expensive so i cancelled both and switched to bell 3.0 which is at least 3 times faster and we have no tv package, so we are just streaming everything for 1/3 the price!!!!!  i signed up for a couple of sports sites, tsn and sportsnet + so i can watch hockey playoffs and other sports.  tsn works just fine on the tv.  however, sportsnet + says that i have to have web os version 89 or higher.  i found my tv, which is a 2023 version, is only version 87!!! i chatted with tech support and they were no help.  anybody got any ideas as to what i can do for this???  no auto software updates for it and nothing on the lg app store.  quite confused how a 2023 model is not up to date, or sportsnet+ is that far ahead and not backward compatible>>>
      thanks to anybody that answers.
