Dear LG WEB OS Team, Since last software update in my LG 55'' Smart TV ,we are unable to view darshan video on www.sai.org.in ,.It shows error The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported . Please correct the problem. Thanks

@Sachin57 Please be aware that this is only a peer-to-peer LG WebOS enthusiasts help/advice forum, and has NO business link to LG support.

If this used to work before, and the site is still active, please report this possible bug direct to LG support India. Please also try the same video on a laptop or tablet, to double check it is working, and try to find what file-type it is (M4A, MOV whatever), to add it to your description of how to reproduce the error.

Thanks for your reply, the same is opening on laptopas well on android mobile, please give email address of LG support India.

      After updating on 05.60.15 i have popping sound on all three hdmi ports.  I tried several different HDMI cables but it reappears when connected to the receiver. When I watch netflix or internet the sound is fine. 
      Is there a problem with the update or something is wrong with the TV? I repeat before the update the sound was great.

      I have LGWeb Os LF6300 TV(43") with firmware 4.60.40and my update option remains always ticked. When I manually try tp update, I get a messahe" no update vailsble". Whereas I have read that latest version is 6.0.0. How can I update tv to latest Firmware version.

      I would like to know is there any possibility to get latest entertainment app like Disney++Hotstar, ZEE5, Voot etc. for the LG web OS 2.0 models?
      My TV Model is 42LF6500.
      Positive reply expected in this regard, because I am dedicated and valuable customer of LG brand.
