Can't open the Settings Menu

Question

Hello,

I have a 55uk6500aua and for some reason, I can't open the settings menu or get it connected to the internet.  I get the 3 swirling balls every time.   I have unplugged it,  no apps will load.  I just don't know if this is a straight hardware failure or if there is something else I can do to fix it.

      I recently updated the firmware on my  LG43UH610V.  Now I constantly get "Wired Lan cable disconnected" / "Wired network is connected" messages even while watching a video file from my NAS. The TV is connected and using the network while getting these messages. It has always been on a fixed IP address on the LAN.

      Hi!!!
      The thing goes like this.  I've shared a folder in a Win7 PC, the folder has one video and one sub srt file.
      When i acceso from my LG 50uk6550 TV the video loads perfectly but the sub won't load.-
      If I copy everything in a pendrive and plug it to the USB everything works wonderfull but not from the network folder.
      Is there any solution??

      Sometimes the Showtime and the Starz apps. will not play videos. The little loading icon just twirls. A couple days later they might work fine.  I have tried signing out, deleting the app, reloading it from the LG Store, then signing back in, but it doesn’t solve the problem. Broadband speed tests are above 110 MB. 
      Because it happens with both apps, it seems it could be some sort of an LG handshake or verification problem.
      Casting Showtime and Starz movies to my LG 43UM6910PUA 4K UHD TV from the corresponding app on my iPhone works fine  but it ties up the phone.
      Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?
