how to access service menu

Question

can some 1 please guide how to enter service menu of LG  42LB65 .  i have smart remove . 

i tried pressing ok button and tv button but it didnt work.. I realized that tv works on release of button not on press.

      LG50UK6950. The programme guide is slow to load, and has to re-load for each page. My previous LG tv (a 49UK.....) was the same. Samsung, Panasonic, Toshiba and Sony are almost instantaneous. Is this a hardware problem, eg lack of memory, or software - in which case is it ever going to be fixed?

      I have a new OLED55C9PLA and am trying to access the red button service BBC channels, no matter which channel I try be it on Freeview or Freesat I keep getting a 'This function is unavailable message' Can anyone suggest a way to access this service please?       Have a LG TV 32LB650V which is updated to the latest firmware here in Sweden (05.05.01) and an Apple TV Gen4 (also updated to latest) connected to the HDMI ports. I used to use Simplink (HDMI-CEC) so that waking up the Apple TV would also wake up the TV. This worked well. Since some time ago, this does not always work.
