I just purchased the LG UHD 43UP76 advertised as real 4k however the YouTube App is running at 1080p. Which means 4k content is downsampled to 1080p then reupsampled to fit the 4k pixel grid and the image quality is awful.
i assume WebOS runs at 1080p and simply upscales to 4k on low end 4k TVs, this same with high end TVs??

After blocking youtube in Russia I connect ipv6 protocol, but youtube app not work, only work in browser.
Does it work with ipv6 or not?
How to up the priority for use ipv6 over ipv4. How to disable ipv4 on TV, I can only disable ipv6.

I haven't searched this forum, but there has to be others who find that tv remote pointer to be extremely annoying. I'm actually surprised that we still can't turn that feature off. Having the cursor/pointer feature isn't even close to the importance of being able to shut off. I mean, how hard is to put one checkbox in the ui to toggle the feature on or off? It seems like a no-brainer, big bang for the buck change that many users would appreciate

A couple days ago My LG Oled voice recognition stopped working.
If I speak to it it just says "Voice not recognized"
I have tried many things I found online to fix this issue with no luck.
One suggestion was to go to Settings>all settings>general>AI Service>Voice recognition service and change to LG ThinQ.
But the Voice recognition service tab is gone. There is only voice recognition settings tab
I would rather not have to reset to factory settings unless there is a way to save / export my current seating's
Any suggestions

So I'm thinking about buying an oled65g46ls, however the included 'magic' remote would be useless to me, due to health issues (tremors). So my question is, do any other LG remotes work with the G4?.

Hi all,
I have a 65UM7100PLA with the magic remote. It works fine, except the voice command. Everytime I say something, it open youtube responses.
On the official LG webpage I can see, that it can be used as control the TV itself. "Open picture settings",, "volume up", etc. But if I say that, it opens up youtube, and offers me videos about opening picture settings on offtopic devices.
What am I doing wrong? How to set the voice commands to work on TV itself?
