Hi

im sure this has been asked already. But can someone help me with this issue. My apps won’t install or update. I’ve read through a lot here but no one has given the answer I’m looking for.

This just happened to me. While searching the internet for a fix, I unplugged my TV, waited 15 seconds, then plugged it back in. I can now update and open apps. Hope this solution works for you.
