ISP upgraded service to TiVo under MoCA Protocol

The LG TV Plus App work great under my service prior to being upgraded to TiVo under MoCA protocol today. Now the App can't find my LG U6300 from either Galaxy S8 or iPhone SE as before. Is there a setting that needs to account for the MoCA protocol bouncing IP connectivity around between the two TiVo devices? Or do I need to contact my ISP for a solution?

      I’ve tried a manual login. Tells me to use google. I created an iCloud account to log in. I can log into LGs website. I cannot sign into the TV with the newly created email. It says there’s a temporary problem.

      When I set up my new LG OLED TV and realized WebOS doesn’t have access to Steam Link, Moonlight, or another comparable app, all I could think was “I wish I stuck with Samsung when upgrading to OLED.”

      Has anyone else had the same problem as me regarding the 'like' button on the YouTube app on my Oled77g7v? There is a thumbs up button and a thumbs down button for each video. These icons are supposed to be just an outline unless you click on them and then they fill in to show you have selected them. However, this no longer works on my TV. It is as if you never clicked. In fact, the 'like' icon is always pre_filled, no matter what I do. This used to work properly and it still works correctly on a Sony TV I have. Any ideas would be very welcome!
