webOS very laggy and unusable

Hello,

My TV model # 55LH602V with the latest software 5.30.01, i'm suffering from extreme lag with my TV which wasn't there before i update the firmware. I have tried to reset it several times but it it keeps lagging, i even need around 30 second to open an application ( i have only 3 app) and i can't even forward a movie in youtube! i sent to to the shop and they told me that they can't downgrade my firmware. please if anyone have any idea share it with me :) Many thanks
