i can't Reset My LG Smart TV

Hello,

i have big problem with my LG WebOs LF630V, iwant to Reset my tv but i can't because the option ( Reset to Initial Settings ) Disabled



Ps : i can't install firmware via USB or LgDTVUpDater software

Ps: i have Firmware version 04.05.56

i need help please
