Downgrade Webos 3.0 to 2.0

Hi everyone,

is it possible to downgrade from webos 3.0 to webos 2.0? There is a local TV app from service provider which is not supported in 3.0 anymore which means it is not available in LG content store.

Maybe anyone knows how to get the app from webos 2.0 TV to usb and then upload it to webos 3.0 TV?
