So I'm guessing I'll be getting no help here?

Hi folks, I'm currently trying to help my mother set up her new LG WebOS LF590V. Everything seems to be fine apart from the following: - the channels are not ordered in any useful way (although I can manually change that) - and the 'guide' menu shows channel names but generally does not provide any programme listings. No error message either. I can't find anything useful online. Any ideas guys? My mother spent quite a bit on this TV and is very concerned. It is connected to the internet and had updated software. Thanks in advance.
