Update - it’s almost as if the volume for the internal speakers has been turned down really low as at certain times, such as when the tv and sound bar are turned on, just prior to the sound bar kicking in, it is just possible to hear the tv speakers really faintly in the background!

TV is a week old and the internal speaker has stopped working when in HDMI ARC + internal speaker sound output mode. The internal speaker itself works fine when in “internal speaker” sound output mode. I’ve checked all the settings that I can and can’t find anything that would correct this issue.
