So for anyone who has had this issue, I just pulled the back of the tv apart and I inspected the cable going from the board to the WiFi it was flattened so I straightened it out the best I could and low and behold the WiFi now works on my tv. You can google a quick video to see what I am talking about I just google how to fix the WiFi on an LG tv
