I have the same issue. It usually happens when the embedded subtitle is of different format. People warn about making sure subtitle and video have the same name but this is about embedded subtitles so name cannot be the issue. Exactly! It is a software issue and unless they update/expand their supported subs formats, the issue will persist 😒
