  1. I know the last comment was from 2020 but I'm experiencing this same problem now with our new 75NANO75UPA NanoCell TV. Been at this for hours and talked to chat support for over 2-hours. Changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8, unchecked auto as instructed - nothing. Then did a factory reset, repeated the above - nothing. Tried this with both WiFi and wired connection. Nothing works. Can't upgrade firmware without accepting user agreements. This is so ridiculous!
