There is always a way to use a wire to connect the device to LG. I know that is not as convenient as air play is but, that is a option.

Well….is your LG software up to date. That might make a difference.

Ok. Are the iPad/iPhone on the same internet connection. That might be the problem. That is just a guess. Need internet connection to mirror to LG. I saw this. The wheel spins. Tap on the LG choice. Then you will see a window to type is a code on LG.

That is easy. Surprised Apple peeps did not know. Here are two photographs for you.

Check for updates. You should see 5.30.11 as the latest. Then install that. Also is your LG connected to the internet?

The newest operating version is 5.30.11.  I do not know if jumping from 5.0 to 5.30.11 will make a difference. But, I am able to access the content store. 
 

So check for the update see if that helps.

Thank you for your time and knowledge sharing. I used TV very less in 5 years. So I crossed warranty period. I asked Service engineer to reach out design team for such poor life of expensive item. He doesn't attend my calls anymore, he was mentioning about 40% of original TV purchase price to replace screen. This is going to be long battle with LG after sales.

Contact customer service. If the telly is still under warranty you will either be offered to repair or get a replacement.

I have had my LG TV for about 3 years and never had any problems. LG makes so many tellys that there are going to be a small percentage that have problems. When I purchased my Mitsubishi telly the ballast for the bulb that puts the image on the screen broke. Only used the telly twice. Under warranty I had this repaired for free. So this was the same reason as yours. After I had the repair done there were not any problems cept I had to change the bulb when the bulb burned out.

All you have to do is search for Netflix. That will bring you to a bunch of films and shows. Choose any of those. That will bring you to the Netflix installation.

If I know LG TV give me a hard time like this I didn't buy LG Smart TV. I just bought LG UHD TV 43UP77, and now got stuck with no Netflix on LG Store, and when I press Netflix logo on magic remote, a message poppped up " Content is unavailable. This page is not available"  oh shit....... feel regretful

Weird on my TG Store I see Netflix.

Try this search for Netflix. That will rich you to some show choices. Choose one of those. That will bring you to the Netflix application.

Hi
I've got an LG Smart TV 43UM  7400PLB and am looking to buy an external hard drive so I can pause live TV and record programs. I'm currently using a much smaller capacity USB which can't pause live TV and will soon be full. 
I've read on various forums that certain hard drives won't work or that I'll need to buy a certain connecting cable. 
I was thinking of buying a Seagate 2TB drive, (STGX2000400) which is around £55.
Can anyone recommend one or confirm that the Seagate one will be okay.

Same here this is ridiculous, I wold like download the smarters IPTV but unfortunately I can see at LG Content Store 
my tv is model 75NANO90UNA
 
PLEASE LG FIXED THIS PROBLEM

Maybe this depends on your model number. But, that should not.
