Hello, I have solved this problem by uninstalling all the applications of the LG Content Store (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Youtube). Now I use them but through the Apple TV 4K set top box. The annoying pop-up messages have not appeared for last two weeks. I hope it helps you.
