Some apps are created especially for the device or manufacturer but there are exceptions. It would help if you specify which Player you want to use. On my TV I use an IPTV player but on my PC I use others. The ones from the LG store are mostly available for both PC and mobile devices, for PC there is a greater variety so it shouldn't be difficult for you to find something suitable. You can search by the name of the app in question or look for similar ones.

Try accessing through the browser, I did it with PlutoTV and it works.
