I have also been having this issue. For me, this can happen when doing a variety of actions within the LG WebOS. It seems to happen more with non-broadcast actions, such as viewing pictures and video over the network, mirroring the screen from my phone or viewing content in the web browser. It seems that higher resolution media must not cache properly, or clear after use.
