  1. My TV was still under warranty, so they had somebody come to my place and replace the board. His suspicion is that the power cable had interfered with the HDMI cables and send a pulse to the board, frying some HDMI components.
  2. Do you have a LG soundbar? Are your HDMI cables close to your power cables? (as in, maybe tied together so it looks cleaner?)
  3. Wait, did the update suddenly require a new kind of HDMI cable for ARC??
  4. Same here, I tweeted at @LGUSSupport but no big hopes: "Did something happen with a recent webOS update (04.71.00)? My OLED65C7P no longer outputs sound to my LG SJ9 soundbar in Optical/HDMI ARC mode. SIMPLINK is on, HDMI cable hasn't moved, had worked like a charm for a year+, but no sound as of a few days ago"
  5. I'm not sure if something happened with webOS update 04.71.00, but my LG OLED65C7P no longer outputs sound to my LG SJ9 soundbar in Optical/HDMI ARC mode. SIMPLINK is on, HDMI cable hasn't moved, everything had been working like a charm for a year+, then no sound unless I switch to TV speakers, which is a bummer. Anybody else in that situation? Ugh, apparently it started with 04.70.85, others are having this issue here.
