  1. So, I was having the same issue. I checked my router and everything. Finally, I called customer service and they had me turn the "Quick Start +" off, then power the TV off and turn it back on. After I did that, they had me go back and check my network and it was connected again and I was able to use my apps. Maybe it will work for you guys, or anyone else who might be having this issue.
