Channels show Invalid Service

Having this issue also... not sure why... have rescanned a few times but still basic Irish and none subscription channels remain 'invalid service' or no 'ci module'... also now getting 'no signal' messages on some channels. Even though they have been scanned and found by the LG tv. Is this an Irish cable issue, with the LG OS not recognising the transmissions? are their LG techs on this forum who could answer?
