  1. * BUMP* .. I'm also having this problem, I have an OLED EG9600 with software version 04.05.25. Same receiver (HR44-700), mine has been working fine for a couple of years and same problem happened. DTV updated the software on my Genie and the TV suddenly says "This location is not authorized". I called AT&T, they sent out a technician to look at it, who didn't have a clue what I was trying to do and the only thing he would tell me is "Using the RVU setup is only supported on the HR54 boxes". I had heard that from another technician years ago and it's always worked fine, so I'm not sure how much I believe it. Clearly DTV has changed something that broke this integration and something needs to be updated. The DTV application in the TV hasn't been updated since Aug 2016, since it says it's supplied by DirecTV, I'm betting they are they ones who have to update it. I'm about ready to call AT&T and tell them either make this work or upgrade my receiver at no cost and make it work, or I'm going to find another provider.
